SPRING MENU

There’s nothing as energizing as the time of the year that nature shrugs off the mantle of winter and allows those first, skin-tingling rays of weak spring sun to break through the clouds. Here is the perfect post-hybernation menu. Invite a couple of special friends to share the repast, and serve it buffet-style or plated, whatever yanks your chain.
